Note 18. Subsequent 91茶社

The Company held a special meeting of shareholders 听(the 聯Special Meeting聰) of the Company on June 28, 2019. At the Special Meeting, the Company聮s shareholders approved a proposal to reduce the number of authorized shares of common stock from 250,000,000 to 40,000,000 shares, and the number of authorized shares of preferred stock from 10,000,000 to 1,000,000 shares (the 聯Authorized Share Reduction聰), and a corresponding Amendment to the Company聮s Certificate of Incorporation, as amended, to effect the Authorized Share Reduction.

On June 28, 2019, the Company then amended its Certificate of Incorporation by reducing its authorized common stock to 40,000,000 and preferred stock to 1,000,000 shares.
